We are a small local Private Physiotherapy Clinic in Rickmansworth with a team of specialist physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. We run busy patient lists and need someone to meet and greet our patients so that they feel safe and welcome in our clinical environment.
You will have excellent communication skills in person, on the telephone, and on the computer. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office programmes and able to tackle learning our clinic diary system (with our help). In addition you will be required to process payments and book further appointments. Ideally you will already have some reception and office administration experience, and are skilled in multi tasking and prioritising tasks so that all are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
We need someone who is reliable, flexible, can show initiative and be willing to help the clinic present its best face at all times, whether that is making sure the treatment rooms are clean and stocked with fresh linen and lotions, preparing the rooms for a Pilates class or organising an informative and relevant display on our notice board.
A sense of humour and a smiling face will ensure that you fit in with our team.
Competitive salary dependent on experience.
We are based in Rickmansworth, a 5 minute walk from the station, with easy access and free parking outside the clinic.
